Sharing and Disclosure of Your Data

YourGynac does not sell your professional data. We only share your information under the following circumstances:

• Public Display: Your name, qualifications, photograph, consultation fees, and patient reviews are publicly visible to End-Users on the Platform to help them make informed healthcare decisions.
• With End-Users (Patients): Upon a confirmed booking, your contact details (via masked telephony) and clinic address (for physical visits) are shared with the specific End-User.
• With Service Providers: We securely share necessary financial data with RBI-compliant third-party payment processors to facilitate your payouts.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose your information if required by law, the Medical Council of India, a court order, or to defend against legal claims of medical negligence.
• Absolute Prohibition on Clinical Data Sharing: YourGynac maintains a strict policy of non-disclosure regarding the clinical and medical data generated during your practice on the Platform. We unequivocally affirm that the personal medical histories collected by you from patients, the encrypted consultation transcripts, and the specific prescription details shall absolutely not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any unauthorized third parties under any circumstances, thereby preserving the fundamental sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship.

To guarantee absolute patient confidentiality and safeguard your professional communications, every medical consultation facilitated through our infrastructure — whether conducted via video, audio, or text-based chat — is protected by robust end-to-end encryption. This architectural safeguard ensures that the clinical dialogue, shared medical histories, and resulting prescriptions remain secure and inaccessible to unauthorized entities.

Record Retention

We retain your professional data, consultation logs, and electronic prescriptions for as long as your profile is active, and subsequently for the minimum statutory periods mandated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and clinical establishment rules, even if you terminate your account.

Your Rights

As a Practitioner, you have the right to:

• Access and Update: Review and update your profile information, availability, and contact details directly through your dashboard.
• Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to process your data; however, this will necessitate the immediate deactivation and delisting of your profile from the Platform.
• Request Deletion: You may request account deletion. We will anonymize your data and remove your public profile, retaining only the legal and financial records required by Indian law.
